There are a variety of treatments available for the elimination of acne. But the only problem here is that not everyone can use them because these drugs are very expensive sometimes.
So I want to suggest some simple home recipes for treatment of acne:
1. Mix the 100ml. of potato juice with 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply this mixture to pimples for 20-30 minutes daily for 2 weeks.
2. If your skin is oily and porous, lay on your face fresh carrot gruel.
3. This recipe is especially good in the treatment of rosacea. Make a fresh mush of several cloves of garlic and lay on acne (daily). Keep the mask for 10-15 minutes. And ingest products containing garlic – it’s also useful to get rid of rosacea.
4. The juice of aloe leaves helps to eliminate inflammation and irritation of the skin. Wash the leaves by boiled water, dry out and keep liquid in a dark cool place within a few days. Then chop the leaves and squeeze out the juice. Clean your skin 2-3 times a day by aloe juice.

The following tips can solve this problem:
1. Eat only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Use ripe fruits to make delicious juices, create vegetable salads. Add nuts and dried fruits in meals. Zinc and celen are the most important nutrients for the skin, but many people are deficient in zinc/celen. A good idea is to take a zinc supplement at least 30 milligrams per day. They can be obtained from Brazil nuts (celen) and pumpkin seeds (zinc).
2. Drink water. Try to drink at least two liters of mineral or distilled water with meals daily. That will help improve your digestion because when skin is dehydrated, dead skin cells remain on the derma and can block pores which in turn may lead to ugly acne.
3. If you have been prescribed acne medications remember that antibiotics also have side effects: too much medication stresses your liver and destroy all bacteria in your digestive tract. For the most people, a simple change in their diet will be enough to stop acne.
4. If your digestive system is unable to eliminate toxins, your skin will be forced to do the job: they pass through your derma instead. To avoid this, replace the good bacteria gastrointestinal tract with a good quality probiotics (dietary supplements of live microorganisms). Some supplements are really helpful for people with acne, such as: Tincture of dandelion root: pour one tablespoon of crushed roots by 1 glass of hot water, simmer 15 minutes, cool 15 minutes, and percolate. Drink it warm for 1/3-1/2 cup 3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals. Decoction of burdock roots – boil one tablespoon of chopped burdock roots in 0.5 liter, percolate and cool it. Take 1 glass 4 times a day.
5. Trust only natural products for skin care. Use only products with natural ingredients. If you wear make up, use formulas, are shown as no-acnegenic or non-comedogenic. Some of the products that can be used are: Tea tree oil is a unique natural antiseptic with the ideal disinfectant, healing tool for the skin. This product has antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial functions. Use a cotton swab to apply this product for acne spots. Azadirachta indica (Neem) soap – this product is very good for the victims of acne through its parasiticide, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral and antibacterial properties.
